專輯同名單曲"Faith"於1987年12月12日擊敗貝琳達卡萊兒（Belinda Carlisle）的"Heaven Is A Place On Earth"登上告示牌單曲榜榜首並且 蟬連了4週，銷售逾50萬張，在英國單曲榜則獲得亞軍名次。
第三支單曲"Father Figure"在1988年2月底登上單曲榜榜首，並且蟬連了2週。
第四支單曲"One More Try"在1988年5月28日登上單曲榜榜首並蟬連了3週，銷售達金唱片。
第五支單曲"Monkey"在1988年8月27日登上單曲榜榜首，並且蟬連了2週。
第六支單曲"Kissing A Fool"在單曲榜最高名次為第5名。
在告示牌1988年年終成績方面，喬治·麥可獲得年度最佳藝人，年度最佳專輯《信念》和年度最佳單曲"Faith"，若連同1985年的"Careless Whisper"在內，喬治·麥可一個人在1980年代就擁有兩首年終冠軍單曲。
